I want to personally welcome you to my page. My name is Christie Steiger, and I am a wife to Andrew with 3 beautiful children. My passion in life is to help others to walk out their purpose in life. A little about my story. Shortly after having my first child, my skin started to break out, this led to my confidence tanking, and really my world fell upside down. During this period of my life, I started to gain weight, I had brain fog and I had little to no energy. I made my way through multiple doctors offices with zero relief and a huge sense of sadness. This is when I cried out to God, “if you can heal me, I promise to heal your people.” Shortly after this desperate prayer, I found my way to a path of wellness. I became so passionate about my journey to wellness, that I knew I had to share it with the world. Today, I am a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with functional medicine training. Additionally, I am working towards my Bionetic Naturopathic Counselor Certification. If you are hear reading this, there is one thing I want you to know, there is hope and it is never too late to start your journey to wellness.
