Baked Brussels Sprouts
1 lb of Brussels Spouts
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400degF.
Add the olive oil a 9x13in glass container.
Rinse Brussels Sprouts, cut in half, and lay them cut side down.
Spray some olive oil on top of the Brussels Sprouts.
Sprinkle salt and garlic powder to taste.
Cook for 30 minutes uncovered.
